In Transit
Your package moves through customs and local postal networks. Track via the carrier number provided.
Delivery
Package arrives. Inspect immediately and report any shipping damage to the agent within 48 hours.
Wrong Sizing
Always reference the size chart in centimeters, not just the S/M/L tag. Measure a favorite piece at home and compare.
Ignoring QC
Approving items blindly because you are impatient is the fastest way to receive something you regret.
Shipping Too Soon
Wait until all items arrive at the warehouse before submitting to ship. Partial shipments cost significantly more per item.
No Customs Research
Every country has different import limits. Know your threshold to avoid unexpected duties or seizures.
