Building Your First Streetwear Haul from China: A Beginner Blueprint
Start Small, Think Big
Your first haul should be 3-5 items. This keeps shipping costs manageable, limits risk if something goes wrong, and lets you learn the process without a massive upfront commitment. Most beginners who start with 10+ items regret the shipping bill.
Place Order
Submit your product links to the agent. Double-check sizes and colors before confirming.
Agent Purchases
The agent buys from sellers. Some items ship to warehouse same-day; others take 2-3 days.
QC Photos Arrive
You get warehouse photos. Approve each item or request returns within the agent window.
Submit to Ship
Choose your shipping line, declare customs value, and pay the international freight fee.
In Transit
Your package moves through customs and local postal networks. Track via the carrier number provided.
Delivery
Package arrives. Inspect immediately and report any shipping damage to the agent within 48 hours.
Wrong Sizing
Always reference the size chart in centimeters, not just the S/M/L tag. Measure a favorite piece at home and compare.
Ignoring QC
Approving items blindly because you are impatient is the fastest way to receive something you regret.
Shipping Too Soon
Wait until all items arrive at the warehouse before submitting to ship. Partial shipments cost significantly more per item.
No Customs Research
Every country has different import limits. Know your threshold to avoid unexpected duties or seizures.
